Refund Policy
At RehaTrainingSystem, we are committed to providing high-quality physiotherapy and osteopathic treatments tailored to each individual patient. Due to the nature of our services, all payments made for treatment sessions, treatment packages, or prepaid programs are non-refundable.
By purchasing a session or treatment package, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. No Refunds
All payments are final. Once a session or package has been purchased, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: Change of mind, Personal schedule conflicts, Relocation, Discontinuation of treatment, Dissatisfaction after receiving the service.
2. Treatment Packages
Treatment packages are offered at a discounted rate and therefore are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Missed Appointments
Appointments missed without proper notice will be charged in full and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
4. Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged the full session fee.
5. Medical Responsibility
Our treatments are provided based on professional clinical assessment. However, individual results may vary depending on the patient’s condition, adherence to exercises, and lifestyle factors.
Osteopathic and Physiotherapy consultations are not reimbursed by the Dutch health insurance companies according to the obtained insurance policy.
6. Agreement to Terms
By booking an appointment or purchasing a treatment package, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy.
